Bigger & Better at Bourne Halls... The Surrey Film
Festival 1993.
Again the festival moved to the Bourne Halls Ewell on 6
November, a better venue enabled by the sponsorship of JVC(UK) Ltd. The
Festival also extended its entry catchment area a little once again.
Entries were now allowed from Hampshire & Berkshire, counties
that did not have their own festivals.
The awards criteria was also made more flexible, to enable all
the potential awards to be given without the previous capping
restrictions.
